Gary Griffiths Under Road Boring is one of the leading horizontal borers in Sydney who can utilize a wet boring Machine (water is used to help drilling) or a dry boring machine depending on the required application.

WET BORES
Wet Bores can offer bores @ 30 metres long to suit 12mm - 500mm pipe or conduit.
An entry hole for the machine to operate is approx 1800mm x 800mm wide. An exit hole or recovery hole should be 1000mm x 1000mm. NOTE: Entry and exit holes depend on depth of bore, diametre of bore and length of bore due to waste exhaustion.

All excavation work is to conform to the relevant Australian Standards.
All works are subject to site inspection.

DRY BORES
Dry bores offer a much cleaner job in a situation where water or waste has to be kept to a minimum.
Minimum diameter is 100mm @ 40 metres to 300mm diametre @ 15 metres.
Entrance hole for machine is 4000mm x 2000mm ( subject to site inspection.)
Exit hole approx 1000mm x 1000mm.
